Santa Barbara High School’s 2024 graduation will take place at 6:00 pm on Thursday, June 13 in Peabody Stadium. For those who cannot attend the ceremony, the event will be live streamed via the SBHS main website. 

Highlights of the ceremony will include performances from our band and madrigal singers. Additionally, we will hear speeches from Principal Razo, Senior Class President Vallerie Radilla Lopez, ASB President Abby Webber, and commencement speech winners Alicia Ordaz Alvarez and Olivia Battles.

Assistant Principal Natalie Spevak, who organizes the ceremony, commented, “I especially love the Dons Walk tradition of walking down the hill,” she shared. “There is so much history there, and it is beautiful to see our community come together and watch the seniors come down into the stadium. That might be my favorite part.” 

This year marks the 149th class of Dons to walk across the stage, but the 100th class to graduate on our campus. Graduation promises to be an evening filled with nostalgia and warmth as family and friends gather to celebrate this remarkable senior class of 2024.
